Every tool of each server, generated from the actions. A tool is its action with underscores for dots, and takes the same input; write tools also take dry_run (true: preview, save nothing). Tools are listed per caller: an assistant sees the ones its person's role allows.

HR Assistant `/mcp/manage`#

128 tools. A Manage key or a connected app sees the ones its role allows (the list is filtered per caller). Write tools take dry_run.

Server instructions

When the person greets you, asks what you can do, or this is your first conversation with them, read skill://platform/first-session first. Tools for HR admins configuring and operating the company: you do the busywork, they decide. Start with platform_whoami. Read current state before proposing changes. For every change, call with dry_run=true, present the result to the user, and commit only after explicit approval. Treat permission errors as final; do not retry them.

Every result includes links to Bizisy. After each call, show the user the most relevant link (view_url for changes and previews) so they can check it in Bizisy.

For any change, call the tool with dry_run=true first, show the user what will happen, and only then call it again without dry_run.
