Who counts as active?
People who have started and not left. People who haven’t started yet or have already left aren’t counted.
How does billing work?
Billing starts on 4 November 2026. Owners and admins get an email at least 30 days before their company’s first charge. You’re charged at the end of each month for the people active then. The month you start in isn’t charged.
Is VAT included?
No. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where the law requires it.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Download all your company data as one file, then close the account in Settings. A final invoice covers the current month. After 14 days your data is deleted for good.
